Inter-provincial meetings

The inter-provincial meeting is the annual meeting of the Provincial Councils (and similar organisms, like the vice-provinces and delegations councils) with the Superior General and his Council.

It is convened «on a yearly basis as a subsidiary organism of the general council with consultative and informative character. It has deliberative power on topics proposed by the superior general or by the majority of its members» (from The Rule, Dir 136).
